METHOD OF USING MTN BIS
I recommend This simple server
because it works faster at the rate of 500k and above. Though Droidvpn is a
little bit prefferable just that it might stopped at anytime and it is very
slow.

Afterwhich you set your device connections to:

*. Ip Address: 127.0.0.1
*. Port: 8080
Then proceed by Downloading the Android simpleserver
Simpleserver Settings
Then go to your Simple Server settings and configure it this way below: (i.e after the downloading and installation)
*. Pdproxy host: 10.199.212.2
*. Proxy port: 8080
*. Injection method: get Injection
*. Querry/url: http://web.blackberry.com
*. Injection host: web.blackberry.com
*Injection line press your keyboard enter key 4times
*. Log level: debug
Then close and try to connect to the internet and watch your browsing speed.
You might be wondering whether it works on just operamini but it works on both withucweb, opera mini, and Google Playstore. And also watching of video is applicable.
Wants to power all your application, just download PdProxyDroid and then enter the following configuration.
